Industrial RO System working cycle:
Water treatment processes such as sedimentation, filtration, and chemical treatments are used for removing large particles, debris and contaminates.
Water is then pressurized with specific thrust per unit area using water pressurized machine for industrial use.
A semi permeable membrane is used and pressurized water is forced to pass to remove small particles.
Series of semi permeable membrane and filters are used to separate the unpurified and contaminated water from purified water.
By removing the permeates that flows through the membrane. Brine or rejected water is discharged from the system.
Purified water is collected and checked using scientific measurements like pH level, density, boiling point, freezing point, to ensure the quality of water by matching it with the innate pure water properties.
